What is your refunds and returns policy?
As each piece is an original and is handmade, I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, please choose wisely upon purchasing.
What do I do if my purchase arrives damaged?
All parcels sent are insured with the postal company. In the off occasion that your purchase arrives and has endured damage during shipping, please email me at bindas.art@gmail.com, In your email, please include the following:
Order Number
Attached photos of the package prior to opening
Photos of the damage to your purchase
From here I will get back to you as soon as possible and organise a solution.
Where do you ship to?Ā
We ship within the United States; however, shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii incur an additional charge on top of the standard shipping rates provided at checkout.
Do you take commission orders?
I am currently accepting commissions! If you’re interested, please feel free to reach out via email on bindas.art@gmail.com for inquiries about sizes and pricing. I’m happy to discuss your ideas and work with you to create something special.
Do you teach classes?
No at the moment i am not offering any classes.
